What is Chair Force?: Chair Force is an Air Force writing platform that helps leaders turn rough notes into approval-worthy EPBs, OPBs, awards, counseling documents, and more. It is built to handle more of the rules, style, and structure, so you do not have to prompt or manage every detail yourself.
What documents can I create with Chair Force?: Chair Force supports Enlisted Performance Briefs (EPBs), Officer Performance Briefs (OPBs), AF Form 1206 award packages, decoration citations (AFAM, AFCM, MSM, and others), letters of counseling, admonishment, or reprimand, and official memorandums.
Can I use Chair Force on mobile devices?: Yes. Chair Force is designed to work on desktop and mobile devices, so you can draft and manage documents from wherever you need to.
How is Chair Force different from ChatGPT or other AI chat tools?: Generic AI chat tools leave too much of the work on you. You have to explain the context, figure out the format, and keep refining the prompt until the output is usable. Chair Force is built around the actual documents, with tools and workflows that help you get to a stronger result faster.

Is Chair Force free to use?: Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial that includes AI features. After the trial ends, your account stays on the Free plan so you can keep using the application, and you can upgrade to Pro for $6/month whenever you want AI features again.
Does the free trial automatically charge me?: No. The 7-day free trial does not automatically place you on a paid plan when it ends. Your account simply continues on the Free plan unless you choose to upgrade to Pro.
Can I cancel Pro any time?: Yes. Cancel anytime. If you cancel, you keep Pro access until your subscription expiration date, and then your account returns to the Free plan.

Is Chair Force affiliated with the U.S. Air Force?: No. Chair Force is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the United States Air Force, Department of Defense, or any government entity.
Is my data secure and private?: We take security seriously. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we do not share your content with third parties. However, you should still avoid submitting classified, CUI, or other sensitive information. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I use Chair Force for classified information?: No. Do not submit classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), or any other sensitive data to Chair Force. The platform is intended only for unclassified document drafting, and you are responsible for following all applicable security requirements.
Do I still need to review AI-generated content?: Yes. AI-generated content should always be reviewed for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance before official use. Chair Force is a drafting assistant, but you are responsible for the final content you submit.
